Startup Development - we help an entrepreneur take something from an idea to becoming a viable company. Business formation, strategy, how to market, IP protection, etc. are all activities we can be involved with.
New Country Entry - whether you are an American firm looking to expand into a new country, or a foreign firm looking to enter the United States, we can help. Setting the strategy on how best to enter the market, finding local partners (if needed), marketing, etc. are all part of what we can do for you.

Our focus is business to business (B2B) companies, though we do have experience with consumer products. Internationally, the majority of our experience is with East Asia (China, Japan, and Korea).
